01You're only charged when you order
Your card is charged when you place a week's order — never on a schedule. Order nothing in a given week and you pay nothing that week. There's no standing weekly bill to forget about.
Why we do it this way — We never want to charge you for food you didn't get.
02Order consistently, pay less
Order whenever at the Walk-in Rate — no commitment needed. Set a weekly order size, and once you hit it, your price steps down to the Neighborhood Rate: the lower per-meal price you earn for ordering steadily, not a coupon that expires.
Why we do it this way — When you buy with us regularly, we can plan tightly — and those savings are yours, not ours to keep.
03Your rate settles in over your first few weeks
You start at the Walk-in Rate, and it steps down each week you order — reaching the full Neighborhood Rate around your fourth week. Miss one week after making progress and your rate holds; it's forgiven. Two gaps in a row reset your rate to the Walk-in Rate, and it steps back down once you're ordering consistently again. Paused weeks, and weeks we don't yet serve your pickup spot, never count against you.
Why we do it this way — We'd rather earn your lower price by showing up for you week after week than lock you into a contract or charge a commitment fee upfront.
04Order ahead and pay even less
Reserve a meal a week or more before pickup and each of those meals costs a little less. You'll see the discount applied right on the order before you confirm it.
Why we do it this way — Knowing early helps us buy right and waste less — so we split that savings with you.
05Change, pause, or end your weekly order anytime
Change your weekly order size anytime — there's no charge today; your next order simply prices at the new size and rate. Take a break and your Neighborhood Rate waits for you: a paused week never counts against it. End your weekly order whenever you like and keep ordering anytime at the Walk-in Rate. We never lock you in.
