Section 01About Our Kitchen
Our Kitchen Detroit, L3C is a low-profit limited liability company providing affordable meal kit subscriptions through neighborhood pickup locations in the Detroit metropolitan area.
Section 02Subscriptions & Payments
Subscriptions are billed weekly through Stripe. You may pause or cancel your subscription at any time before the weekly order cutoff. SNAP/EBT-eligible items are clearly marked and can be paid using your EBT card where applicable.
Section 03Pickup & Availability
Meal kits are available for pickup at designated neighborhood locations during scheduled pickup windows. Unclaimed orders after the pickup window closes may be donated to local food banks.
Section 04Allergens & Dietary Information
We label common allergens and dietary tags on all meals. However, our kitchen handles all major allergens. If you have a severe allergy, please contact us before subscribing.
Section 05Limitation of Liability
Our Kitchen provides meal kits “as is.” We are not liable for adverse reactions to properly labeled ingredients. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the affected order.
Section 06Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify active subscribers of material changes via email. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
